New Hope restaurant recognized by PETA as one of the nation’s top vegan dessert destinations

New Hope’s Sprig & Vine, a vegan restaurant, was included on a list of the nation’s best plant-based dessert destinations compiled by PETA in honor of Valentine’s Day. The organization singled out the eatery’s cashew- and silken tofu-based cheesecake, which comes in a number of different seasonal flavors including kabocha squash and Meyer lemon.
