Lancaster named the best place to retire by U.S. News & World Report

U.S. News & World Report’s annual Best Places To Retire rankings include five Pennsylvania cities within the top 10. Lancaster took the top spot. Harrisburg, York, Allentown and Reading also made the cut, with Scranton, Philadelphia and Pittsburgh all making the top 20. Only Florida had more cities on the list. Housing affordability was a big factor.
