At Izakaya by Yanaga in Fishtown, chef known as the ‘Sushi Whisperer’ finally gets restaurant of his own

Kevin Yanaga, of Izakaya by Yanaga, has earned the nickname the Sushi Whisperer during his time as a chef in Philadelphia. In September he opened his Fishtown restaurant with Glu Hospitality. It will add an omakase room in March, where Yanaga will be providing a curated tasting menu.
